Our Classes
Our excellent trainers have several years of teaching experience and are available 7 days a week to teach anyone, from complete beginners to advanced.
Children
Muay Thai is a great sport for children to learn. It will help your child to improve their strength, balance, coordination, & endurance.
Our children's classes are 1 hour group sessions but please contact us if you would like private lessons.
Each lesson consists of:
- Warm up session
- The trainer performs the traditional Thai boxing dance (Wai Khru Ram Muay)
- Hand wrapping
- Learning basic Muay Thai techniques
- Pad sessions with trainer (three times per child)
- Training in the ring- Cool down session
Beginners
For those with little or no Muay Thai experience, come join our beginner classes to get fit, learn self-defense and self-discipline.
Our beginner classes include:
- Warm up session
- The trainer performs the traditional Thai boxing dance (Wai Khru Ram Muay)
- Hand wrapping
- Various exercises to help you master the different Muay Thai techniques
- 4 sessions of pad training, one on one with trainer
- Bag training- Cool down session
Intermidiate & Advanced
For those with a fair to good amount of Muay Thai experience, we will help you to further develop your skills or prepare for a competitive fight.
Our intermediate & advanced classes include:
- Warm up and stretching session
- The trainer performs the traditional Thai boxing dance (Wai Khru Ram Muay)
- Shadow boxing- Technique work
- 4 sessions of pad training, on on one with trainer
- Bag training
- Ring session
- Cool down session
Sparring
In addition to our regular training sessions, we also provide sparring sessions upon request.
However, before you can engage in a sparring session, we require that you participate in either a private session or a group session.
This preliminary session serves a crucial purpose: it allows our trainer to assess your level of experience and skill.
Safety is our top priority, and by understanding your proficiency, our trainer can tailor the sparring experience to suit your abilities, minimizing any risks of injury.
